Introducing Our New Kiosk App for Self Service!

The Kiosk is a self-service screen for walk-in customers to create and print queue tokens without staff help. Customers select a service, enter any required details, and receive a printed token—keeping counters focused on serving.

FEATURES

Kiosk – Self Service Features

The Kiosk module provides a dedicated, customer-facing experience for issuing tokens at the entrance or waiting area. It’s built for touch displays and full-screen use, allowing customers to independently select a service (and optionally a service category), complete any required form fields, and generate a token in seconds—without needing staff involvement.

Once connected to the server (using a Device ID, and an optional PIN if authentication is enabled), the kiosk can present clear “Create Token” and “Print/Re-print Token” options. Service-level rules decide which customer details must be collected (name, email, phone, address, notes), and an on-screen keyboard can be enabled for easier entry. The kiosk can also be branded with background and tile images, and it integrates with assigned printers to produce a physical token immediately—helping reduce counter congestion and improve overall queue flow.
